My name is Liam and I am the creator of Minimal Body and a long time fitness and health enthusiast. With over 10 years of my own personal fitness journey, I have developed an understanding and approach to health and fitness that is holistic and unique. Unlike other trainers, I don’t believe in a rigid, one-size-fits-all approach to fitness, such as making you lift weights 3 times a week or ordering you to follow a specific, trending diet.
Instead, I believe that health and fitness are about integrating healthy habits into your life by discovering healthy activities that you actually enjoy. With experience as an athlete, many years of my own fitness training, and experience working in the mental health field, I believe that I have what it takes to help my clients reach their fitness goals and make lasting, healthy changes in their lives.
